Welcome to the CMap Entry Page for the Legume Information System

Select a reference genome in the "Compare to" section to view relationships between genetic maps and reference genome sequences. This will display locations of sequence-based genetic markers on the selected genetic map and on the chromosomal assemblies of soybean (Gm), lotus (Lj), or Medicago (Mt). Display settings can be customized via Cmap controls such as "Display Options", "Dotplot", and "Add Maps".
